House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. Check-in is available daily from 15:00 until midnight; check-out is before 11:00. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Go directly to the apartment and contact the team on arrival to complete identification and arrange access. Please phone the team about your arrival time once at your destination. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 40.00 per booking. The mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; any tourist tax not collected at reservation must be paid at check-in. Cancellation carries no penalty until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
