House rules
No smoking. No pets. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 40.00 per booking. Tourist tax is mandatory and included in the total price; if not charged at reservation, it must be paid at check-in. The published cancellation policy allows cancellation without penalty until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
