Smoking and pets are not allowed. Contact the team 45 minutes before arrival and go directly to the apartment. Arrivals between 23:00 and 06:00 incur a EUR 40 late check-in fee, payable in cash at check-in. During the low season, from 1 October to 31 March, arrivals must be by 20:00. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 58.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available upon request. Cancellation has no penalty from the booking date until 15 days before check-in; cancellation from 14 days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
