House rules
No smoking. No pets. Check-in is available daily from 15:00 to midnight; check-out is before 11:00. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Go directly to the apartment and contact the team on arrival to complete identification and arrange entry. Please phone the team about your arrival time once you reach your destination. Final cleaning is mandatory and costs € 40.00 per booking. Tourist tax is mandatory and included in the final price; if not collected with the reservation, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation carries no penalty until eight days before check-in; from seven days before check-in, cancellation incurs 100% of the total rent. No-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
