## About the house

The apartment has two bedrooms, each with two single beds. Bathroom facilities comprise one bathroom with a bathtub, one bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.

Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, an iron and a hair dryer are provided. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A washing machine is also available. Bed linen, towels, air conditioning and internet access are included.

Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request, and a transfer service can be arranged at an additional cost.

Final cleaning is mandatory and costs € 40.00 per booking. Tourist tax is mandatory and included in the final price; if not collected with the reservation, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation carries no penalty until eight days before check-in; from seven days before check-in, cancellation incurs 100% of the total rent. No-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
