## About the house

The apartment occupies one level and has three bedrooms, four bathrooms and two balconies. Two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, and the third has a double bed. A lift serves a private floor. Air-conditioning, heating, a washer/dryer and a TV are provided.

The kitchen is equipped for cooking and dining, with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stovetop, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery. Bed linen and towels are included. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request.

Condominium amenities include three pools, a gym, a pool table and reading/meeting rooms. A concierge is present during the day until 23:00. Two underground parking spaces in the same building are included. A grocery store and shopping mall are within a five-minute walk. Transfers can be arranged at an additional cost.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. Contact the arrival team 45 minutes before arrival and go directly to the apartment. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Arrivals between 23:00 and 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, payable in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 70.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Cancellation from booking until 31 days before check-in has no penalty; from 30 days before check-in until arrival, the charge is 100% of the total prepayment amount. No-shows incur 100% of the total prepayment amount.
