## About the house

The apartment has two bedrooms, each with one double bed, and two bathrooms. It includes a balcony, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a TV.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher and dishes/cutlery. A washing machine, iron and hair dryer are provided. The building has a lift, a gym/fitness centre and an optional garage in the same building. A private lift associated with the Acqua Residences complex leads directly to the beach.

Bed linen, towels, air conditioning and internet access are included. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request, and a transfer service can be arranged at an additional cost.

Arrivals from 23:00 to 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, payable in cash at check-in. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 60.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Cancellation is free from booking until 31 days before check-in; from 30 days before check-in, cancellation incurs 100% of the total prepayment amount. No-shows incur 100% of the total prepayment amount.
