## About the house

The apartment has two bedrooms: one with two single beds and one with a double bed. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower.

Facilities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, a lift, an iron and a hair dryer. The kitchen has a refrigerator, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A washing machine is also provided. Guests have access to a communal swimming pool and garage parking in the same building.

Air conditioning, internet access, garage parking, bed linen and towels are included. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request, and a transfer service is available at an additional cost.

Please phone the team about your arrival time once you reach your destination and contact the team upon arrival at the apartment. Final cleaning is mandatory at € 40.00 per booking. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if it was not collected when booking, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation is free until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
