House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. Check-in is available daily from 15:00 to midnight; check-out is before 11:00. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Go directly to the apartment and contact the team on arrival to arrange access; please phone with your arrival time once at your destination. Final cleaning costs € 95.00 per booking. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected with the reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation is free until 15 days before check-in; cancellation from 14 days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
