House rules
No smoking and no pets. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 60.00 per booking. Contact the agency one week before arrival with your flight or ship number and arrival time to arrange key collection. Call once at your destination and contact the team 45 minutes before arrival, then go directly to the accommodation. Check-in is available daily from 17:00 to 23:00; check-out is before 10:00. Cancellation is penalty-free until 61 days before check-in; cancellation from 60 days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
