House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Guests must contact the team 45 minutes before arrival and go directly to the accommodation. Check-in is from 15:00 to 23:00 daily; arrivals from 23:00 to 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, payable in cash at check-in. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Check-out is before 11:00. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 300.00 per booking. Cancellation is without penalty until 31 days before check-in; from 30 days before check-in, cancellation incurs 100% of the total prepayment amount. No-shows incur 100% of the total prepayment amount.
