## About the house

The 1,000 m² house has six bedrooms, each with one double bed. Bathroom facilities comprise one bathroom with a bathtub, six bathrooms with showers and one separate toilet.

Outdoor spaces include a garden with furniture, terrace, balcony and barbecue. The house has a private swimming pool, oceanfront and garden views, and private sea access. Open-air parking is available at the same building.

The house has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV, iron and hair dryer. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, utensils, coffee machine and toaster. A washing machine and dryer are provided.

Bed linen, towels and internet access are included. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request, and a transfer service is available at an additional cost. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 300.00 per booking; tourist tax is included in the total price.

Check-in is from 15:00 to 23:00 daily; arrivals from 23:00 to 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, payable in cash at check-in. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Check-out is before 11:00. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 300.00 per booking. Cancellation is without penalty until 31 days before check-in; from 30 days before check-in, cancellation incurs 100% of the total prepayment amount. No-shows incur 100% of the total prepayment amount.
