Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 95.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Cancellation charges are 0% from booking until 15 days before check-in, and 100% from 14 days before check-in through arrival; no-shows are charged 100% of the total rent.
