House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. Check-in is available daily from 15:00 to midnight; check-out is before 11:00. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Go directly to the apartment and contact the team on arrival to complete identification and arrange entry. Please phone the team with your arrival time once you reach your destination. Final cleaning is a mandatory € 40.00 charge per booking. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected at reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation is free from the booking date until eight days before check-in; cancellations from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
