House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. A mandatory final-cleaning charge of € 30.00 applies per booking. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected when booking, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only. The published cancellation schedule has no penalty until eight days before check-in, a charge of 100% of the rent from seven days before check-in, and a charge of 100% for no-shows.
