## About the house

The house offers three bedrooms: two with one double bed each and one with two single beds. There are three bathrooms with showers and a separate toilet. Wi-Fi, air conditioning and workspaces are available.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Other facilities include a TV, washing machine, iron and hair dryer. Bed linen, towels, internet access and air conditioning are included; toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only.

Outside are a garden with medronho, apple, plum and pomegranate trees, a shaded pergola for meals, garden furniture, a terrace, a play area and a wide balcony. An optional garage in the same building has two spaces.

The beach is a four-minute walk away, and Lisbon is 20 minutes away. Nearby activities include surfing, a morning market, beachfront dining, walking and cycling, wellness services, wine tastings and whale and dolphin watching. Transfers are available at an additional cost. A baby travel bed is available on request, but the house is not recommended for small children because of the stairs to the first floor and the balcony.

Smoking, pets, parties and excessive noise are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 40.00 per booking. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected at reservation, it must be paid at check-in. Transfers are optional and cost extra. Cancellation has no penalty until eight days before check-in; cancellations from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
