The bedroom has one double bed, and the common spaces have one single sofa bed. The apartment includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV and an iron, and the building has a lift.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishes and cutlery, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Bed linen, towels, internet access and air conditioning are included. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request, and a transfer service can be arranged at an additional cost.
Check-in is available daily from 15:00 to midnight, with check-out before 11:00. Guests go directly to the apartment and contact the team on arrival for the access procedure. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Final cleaning costs € 30.00 per booking. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if it was not collected when reserving, it must be paid at check-in. Remaining payments must be made in cash.
