House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Check-in is available daily from 15:00 until midnight; check-out is before 11:00. Contact the team about your arrival time once you reach your destination, and go directly to the apartment for arrival. Final cleaning is a mandatory € 30.00 per booking. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected at reservation, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation is free from booking until eight days before check-in; cancellations from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
