House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. Check-in is available daily from 15:00 to midnight; check-out is before 11:00. Collect the keys at the Welcome Center in Lisbon. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Please phone with your arrival time once you reach your destination. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 40.00 per booking. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the total price; if it was not collected when booking, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. VAT is included in the accommodation price. The published cancellation schedule has no penalty from booking until eight days before check-in. Cancellation from seven days before check-in, or a no-show, incurs 100% of the total rent.
