House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Go directly to the apartment and contact the team on arrival for the code-access process; call with your arrival time once at your destination. Check-in is daily from 15:00 to midnight; check-out is before 11:00. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 30.00 per booking. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the total price; if not collected when reserving, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. A transfer service is optional at an additional cost. Cancellation is without penalty until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
Getting there
Alfama is 10 minutes away. Bus stops are a one- to two-minute walk away, with buses approximately every five to ten minutes. From the airport, take the subway to Alameda and then bus 735 to Rua Washington; the apartment is a two-minute walk from there.
