House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Check-in is available daily from 15:00 to midnight; check-out is before 11:00. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Go directly to the apartment and contact the team upon arrival for the code-based entry process; phone the team about your arrival time once at your destination. Final cleaning costs € 40.00 per booking. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected when booking, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. VAT is included. Cancellation carries no penalty from booking until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in, and no-shows, incur 100% of the total rent.
