House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Contact the arrival team 45 minutes before arrival and go directly to the apartment; phone with your arrival time once at your destination. Standard check-in is from 15:00 to 23:00 daily. Arrivals from 23:00 to 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, payable in cash at check-in. Check-out is before 11:00. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected with the reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation is free until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
