House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Contact the arrival team 45 minutes before arrival and go directly to the property. Regular check-in is from 15:00 to 23:00 daily; arrivals between 23:00 and 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, paid in cash at check-in. Check out before 11:00. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 70.00 per booking. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected with the reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation has no penalty until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
Getting there
The house is in a calm rural area near Ericeira. The beach is a few meters away.
