## About the house

The renovated apartment has two bedrooms: one with two single beds and one with a double bed. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. A furnished balcony overlooks the ocean.

Facilities include a shared outdoor swimming pool, private garage parking in the same building, a lift, Wi-Fi, TV, iron and hair dryer. The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A washing machine is also provided.

Bed linen, towels, beach/pool towels, internet access and garage parking are included. A travel cot is available on request, and a highchair is provided. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. A transfer service is available at an additional cost.

The apartment is in a quiet area in the centre of Garajau, near supermarkets, pastry shops, restaurants, takeaway outlets, a pharmacy and a bank. The beach and tourist services, including car rental, tours and diving activities, are nearby. The expressway is close, with easy access to the airport and other parts of the island.

Final cleaning is mandatory at € 60.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price; its conditions depend on the stay dates. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only. Cancellation is free until 31 days before check-in; cancellation from 30 days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total prepayment amount.
