House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Contact the team 45 minutes before arrival and go directly to the apartment. Regular check-in is from 15:00 to 23:00 daily; arrivals from 23:00 to 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 60.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Cancellation is penalty-free until 31 days before check-in; cancellation from 30 days before check-in or a no-show incurs 100% of the total prepayment amount.
Getting there
The apartment is on an upper floor reachable by lift, in a quiet area close to the expressway. The beach is nearby.
