House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Go directly to the apartment and contact the team on arrival to arrange code-based access; call about your arrival time once at your destination. Remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 40.00 per booking. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final total; if not collected with the reservation, it must be paid at check-in. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied only for the first day. Cancellation is free until eight days before check-in; cancellations from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
