House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Go directly to the apartment and contact the team upon arrival for access arrangements; phone the team about your arrival time once you reach your destination. Remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 30.00 per booking. Mandatory tourist tax is included in the final total; if not collected at reservation, it is payable at check-in. VAT is included in the accommodation price. Cancellation carries no penalty from booking until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
