House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. Contact the arrival team 45 minutes before arrival and go directly to the apartment. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Arrivals between 23:00 and 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 70.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Cancellation is free until 31 days before check-in; from 30 days before check-in, the cancellation charge is 100% of the total prepayment amount. No-shows incur a charge of 100% of the total prepayment amount.
Getting there
Restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and a pharmacy are a one-minute walk away. Lido beach or Club Naval are five minutes away; Forum Madeira Shopping is five minutes away.
