## About the house

The renovated apartment has three bedrooms, each with a double bed and its own private bathroom. There are three bathrooms with showers and an additional guest toilet. The balcony provides space for meals, relaxing and watching sunsets.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A washing machine, iron, hair dryer, TV and Wi-Fi are provided. Open-air parking is available in the same building.

Restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and a pharmacy are a one-minute walk away. Lido beach or Club Naval are five minutes away, and Forum Madeira Shopping is also five minutes away.

Bed linen, towels and internet access are included. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request, and a transfer service can be arranged at an additional cost.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. Contact the arrival team 45 minutes before arrival and go directly to the apartment. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Arrivals between 23:00 and 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 70.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Cancellation is free until 31 days before check-in; from 30 days before check-in, the cancellation charge is 100% of the total prepayment amount. No-shows incur a charge of 100% of the total prepayment amount.
