House rules
No smoking or pets. Groups of young people are not accepted. Guests must contact the team 45 minutes before arrival and go directly to the apartment. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Arrivals from 23:00 to 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, payable in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 60.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Cancellation has no penalty until 31 days before check-in; from 30 days before check-in until arrival, the charge is 100% of the total prepayment amount. No-shows incur 100% of the total prepayment amount.
Getting there
A private elevator associated with the Acqua Residences complex provides direct access to the beach.
