The apartment has two bedrooms, each with one queen-size bed, and two bathrooms. It includes a balcony, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, a washing machine, an iron and a hair dryer.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The building has a lift, a gym / fitness centre and a garage. Guests have access to a communal swimming pool. A private elevator associated with the Acqua Residences complex goes directly to the beach.

Bed linen, towels, internet access and air conditioning are included. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request, and a transfer service is available at an additional cost.

All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Arrivals from 23:00 to 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, payable in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 60.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Cancellation has no penalty until 31 days before check-in; from 30 days before check-in until arrival, the charge is 100% of the total prepayment amount. No-shows incur 100% of the total prepayment amount.
