House rules
Smoking, pets and groups of young people are not allowed. Contact the arrival team 45 minutes before arrival and go directly to the apartment. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Arrivals from 23:00 to 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, payable in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Final cleaning is a mandatory € 60.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied only for the first day. Under the published cancellation schedule, cancellation from booking until 31 days before check-in has no penalty; from 30 days before check-in until arrival, or for a no-show, the charge is 100% of the total prepayment amount.
Getting there
An elevator privately associated with the Acqua Residences complex leads directly to the beach.
