House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Contact the team 45 minutes before arrival and go directly to the property. Check-in is from 15:00 to 23:00 daily; arrivals from 23:00 to 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, payable in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Final cleaning costs € 68.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Cancellation has no penalty until 31 days before check-in; from 30 days before check-in through arrival, or for a no-show, the charge is 100% of the total prepayment amount.
