House rules
Smoking, pets and groups of young people are not permitted. Check-in is from 15:00 to 23:00 every day; check-out is before 11:00. Contact the team 45 minutes before arrival and go directly to the apartment. Arrivals between 23:00 and 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, paid in cash at check-in. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 60.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Cancellation from the booking date until 31 days before check-in has no penalty; from 30 days before check-in until check-in, and for no-shows, the charge is 100% of the total prepayment amount.
