House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 50.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Contact the team 45 minutes before arrival and go directly to the apartment. Check-in is from 15:00 to 23:00 daily; arrivals between 23:00 and 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, payable in cash at check-in. Check out before 11:00. Cancellation carries no penalty from booking until 31 days before check-in; from 30 days before check-in until arrival, the charge is 100% of the total prepayment amount. No-shows are charged 100% of the total prepayment amount.
