House rules
No smoking. No pets. Notify the team before arrival if the sofa bed will be used. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Any remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 60.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. Cancellation has no penalty from booking until 31 days before check-in; from 30 days before check-in until arrival, the charge is 100% of the total prepayment amount. No-shows are charged 100% of the total prepayment amount.

Cristiano Ronaldo Madeira International Airport is 17 km from the apartment by car. The apartment is close to the Old Town, Lavradores Market, the cable car, beaches, museums, shops, cafés, bars, gardens, bus stations and supermarkets.
