House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Notify the team before arrival if the sofa bed will be used. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 60.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. Cancellation is without penalty from booking until 31 days before check-in; cancellation from 30 days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total prepayment amount.

Cristiano Ronaldo's Madeira International Airport is 17 kilometres away by car. The rooftop terrace and laundry room are shared with other guests.
