House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Notify the team before arrival if the sofa bed will be used. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Remaining payments must be made in cash. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided only for the first day. A baby travel bed is available on request. Mandatory final cleaning: € 60.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Check-in is available daily from 15:00 to midnight; check-out is before 11:00. Cancellation is without penalty from booking until 31 days before check-in; from 30 days before check-in through arrival, the charge is 100% of the prepayment amount. No-shows are charged 100% of the prepayment amount.
Getting there
Cristiano Ronaldo’s Madeira International Airport is 17 kilometres away by car. The apartment is close to Funchal’s Old Town, Lavradores Market, the cable car and beaches. The rooftop terrace and laundry room are shared; parking is in the building’s basement.
