The apartment has one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a double sofa bed in the common living area and one bathroom with a shower. Beds have Molaflex mattresses. Air conditioning serves the bedroom and living room, and a high-definition Smart TV is provided. A baby travel bed is available on request.
The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, an iron, safe and hair dryer. Bed linen and towels are included. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only.
Shared facilities include a laundry room with washing machines and dryers and a communal rooftop terrace overlooking Funchal Harbour, with views of the New Year fireworks. Included private parking is in the building’s basement garage, and the building has a lift. The complex’s outdoor area has video surveillance.
