The apartment has two bedrooms, each with one queen-size bed, and one bathroom with a shower. Beds have Molaflex mattresses. Air conditioning covers all bedrooms and living rooms, and Wi-Fi and a high-definition Smart TV are available.
The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, toaster, kettle and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Other facilities include a balcony, safe, iron and hair dryer. The building has a lift. Washing machines and dryers are in a shared laundry room.
Guests share a rooftop terrace with panoramic views of Funchal Harbour and views of the New Year fireworks. The complex's outdoor area has video surveillance.
The apartment is close to the Old Town, Lavradores Market, cable car, beaches, museums, shopping streets, cafés, bars, gardens, bus stations and supermarkets.
