The 69 m² apartment has two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and one bathroom with a shower. Beds have Molaflex mattresses. Air conditioning serves all bedrooms and living rooms, and a high-definition Smart TV, Wi-Fi, safe and iron are provided.
The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Washing machines and dryers are in a shared laundry room. The building has a lift and private basement parking. A communal rooftop terrace accessible to all guests overlooks Funchal Harbour and offers views of the New Year fireworks. The complex's outdoor area has video surveillance.
The apartment is close to Funchal's Old Town, Lavradores Market, the cable car, beaches, museums, shopping streets, cafés, bars, gardens, bus stations and supermarkets. Cristiano Ronaldo's Madeira International Airport is 17 kilometres away by car.
