House rules
No smoking and no pets. Respect resting periods and cohabitation rules. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Go directly to the apartment and contact the team on arrival; please also phone about your arrival time once at your destination. Check-in is available daily from 15:00 to midnight; check-out is before 11:00. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 40.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price; if it was not collected when booking, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. A transfer service is optional and costs extra. Cancellation carries no penalty until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
Getting there
The second bedroom is on the upper floor. Príncipe Real gardens are a three-minute walk away; Chiado is a five-minute walk away; Baixa/Chiado Metro station is a ten-minute walk away. The tram 28 route passes nearby.
