## About the house

The apartment has a bedroom with one double bed, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is on the upper floor and has two single beds.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishes and cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are included. A TV, washing machine, iron and hair dryer are provided, together with bed linen and towels. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request, and a transfer service is available at an additional cost.

Príncipe Real gardens are a three-minute walk away, Chiado is a five-minute walk away, and Baixa/Chiado Metro station is a ten-minute walk away. The tram 28 route passes nearby, and taxis can be caught on the street outside. Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and ATMs are nearby.

Go directly to the apartment and contact the team on arrival; please also phone about your arrival time once at your destination. Check-in is available daily from 15:00 to midnight; check-out is before 11:00. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 40.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price; if it was not collected when booking, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. A transfer service is optional and costs extra. Cancellation carries no penalty until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
