House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Contact the arrival team 45 minutes before arrival and go directly to the apartment. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Arrivals between 23:00 and 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, payable in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 60.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price. Cancellation has no penalty from the booking date until 31 days before check-in; from 30 days before check-in, cancellation incurs 100% of the total prepayment amount. No-shows incur 100% of the total prepayment amount.
