The apartment has a spacious living room, an open kitchen, two bedrooms with one double bed each, and one bathroom with a shower. The living room and master bedroom have Atlantic Ocean views; the second bedroom overlooks São Lourenço. A balcony is part of the accommodation.

Tourist tax is included in the total price. Cancellation has no penalty from the booking date until 31 days before check-in; from 30 days before check-in, cancellation incurs 100% of the total prepayment amount. No-shows incur 100% of the total prepayment amount.
