House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Guests should go directly to the apartment and contact the team on arrival to complete identification and arrange code-based access. Please phone about your arrival time once at your destination. Any remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 40.00 per booking. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if it was not collected when booking, it must be paid at check-in. Cancellation has no penalty until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the rent.
