House rules
No smoking and no pets. A refundable €200 security deposit per booking is payable in cash on arrival and returned on the departure day or the day before, following a thorough property inspection. Mandatory final cleaning costs €75.00 per booking. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected with the reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. Remaining payments must be made in cash. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Arrivals from 20:00 to midnight incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee; arrivals from midnight to 07:00 incur a EUR 50 fee, payable in cash at check-in. For arrivals outside office hours, arrange key collection with the agency and pay the total amount in advance. Cancellation is without penalty until eight days before check-in; from seven days before check-in and for no-shows, the cancellation charge is 100% of the rent.
Getting there
The apartment is on the first floor, reached by wide stairs; the building has no elevator. The beach is 100 meters away and São Pedro do Estoril train station is 60 meters away. Beach access includes an underground tunnel for pedestrians and train arrivals, and a large beach car park for visitors arriving by car via the coastal road.
