House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected when booking, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 30.00 per booking. Cancellation is without penalty until 8 days before check-in; cancellation from 7 days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
