## About the house

The renovated apartment has private sea-view terraces, including a sheltered south-facing terrace and a terrace with a barbecue and dining table. Several beaches, surf spots and Ericeira town centre are within walking distance.

Upstairs, the double-bedroom suite has a private bathroom, walk-in closet and direct access to the south-facing sea-view terrace. The other upstairs suite has a private bathroom, wardrobes and direct access to the large barbecue terrace, with views of the ocean, surf breaks and Ericeira skyline. The downstairs bedroom has a dedicated workspace, wardrobes, access to a common bathroom and an ocean view. There are three bathrooms with showers.

The downstairs living room includes dining and lounge areas and opens directly onto a sea-view balcony. Sliding doors separate an additional area with a sofa, TV and bar. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A washing machine, dryer, iron and hair dryer are provided. The building has a lift and open-air parking.

Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request, and a transfer service is available at an additional cost.

No smoking. No pets. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Contact the team 45 minutes before arrival and go directly to the apartment. Arrivals from 23:00 to 06:00 incur a EUR 30 late check-in fee, payable in cash at check-in. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 65.00 per booking. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected when booking, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Cancellation is without penalty until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
