House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Any remaining payments must be made in cash. Final cleaning costs € 40.00 per booking. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if it was not collected when booking, it must be paid at check-in. Cancellation has no penalty from booking until eight days before check-in; cancellations from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
